Exchanges & Store Credit (Size/Fit)

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for size/fit.

To qualify:


  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Any included packaging/tags must be intact (if applicable)
  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

How it works:

Once approved, we’ll issue store credit or an exchange for the correct size/item (subject to availability).

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Because each piece is produced on demand, we do not offer refunds for general returns.

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available for a verified defect or fulfillment error.

Defects & Fulfillment Errors

If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, damage, or we shipped the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

You have 14 days from delivery to file a claim.

  • Order number
  • Clear, well-lit photos of the issue

Resolution:

Approved claims receive a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
